The customer has the right to cancel the order any time before the delivery process is completed.
The customer has the right to have the product maintained by the Bluva team during the warranty period.
The customer has the right to a return or exchange within seven days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition as when purchased, has not been used, and has not been unpacked or operated.
The customer has the right to return the product within two days from the date of installation in case of a manufacturing defect.
The customer has the right to an exchange within seven days from the date of installation in case of a manufacturing defect.
The customer has the right to submit a request for an exchange or return for the product if there is a problem that cannot be repaired by the maintenance team.
Note / Returns or exchanges are only processed with the original invoice.
If the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund process will be to the customer’s bank account within 14 business days.
Note: The value of the filters for desalination devices and filtered coolers is deducted from the refunded amount, depending on their type.
The warranty for Bluva’s desalination devices is two years, including electrical parts, and 5 years of free service (visits and labor).
The periodic maintenance schedule must be adhered to by changing the first 3-stage filter kit every six months, changing the fifth stage every year, and changing the fourth stage every two years.
The electrical parts must not be exposed to water.
The device must not be subjected to any modification, maintenance, or relocation by another company.
The device must not be directly exposed to sunlight and weather factors.
If any of the mentioned clauses are breached, the warranty is considered void.

The device will be installed after its delivery to the customer within one month without additional fees. After one month from the invoice date, a fee of 300 dirhams will be charged for the device installation.
Bluva’s renewed products have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Note / A renewed product may have signs of use or superficial scratches.
The customer will be contacted within 5 business days to schedule an appointment to perform the service.
The customer is subject to a shipping fee upon order cancellation (85 MAD).
