Delivery / Shipping / Installation Policy
- Delivery and installation are free for all cities within our coverage area, which includes over 150 cities and villages in Morocco.
- If the customer is outside the coverage area, installation is not provided and the customer bears the shipping cost according to the preferred method. If shipping arrangements cannot be agreed upon, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method.
- Delivery and installation usually take place within 1 to 14 working days depending on the available installation schedule. For shipping-only orders, shipments are made within 3 days, coordinating with the customer on the preferred shipping method for their area.
- Customers will be contacted within 1 to 7 working days to schedule installation appointments.
- Bluva will not deal with or provide services or products to any countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
- Multiple transaction attempts may result in duplicate entries appearing on the cardholder’s bank statement.
- Delivery occurs within two weeks from the date of the order.
